• Contact details you submit on the free-quote form (name, email, phone, suburb, postcode).
• Information about the system you want a quote for (e.g. property type, roof type, target system size, battery interest).
• Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) used for security and to improve the site.

How we use it

• To pass your quote request to a small number of vetted, CEC-accredited installers in your area.
• To send you the quotes and any follow-up information you have asked for.
• To improve our content, pricing data and suburb-specific guides.

Who we share it with

We share the details of your quote request only with installers selected to respond to it. We never sell your data to unrelated third parties. Our installers are bound by Australian Consumer Law and the Privacy Act 1988.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete any personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting privacy@mrsolar.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable period as required by the Australian Privacy Principles.
